STEFANO BAGLIANO
Born in Italy, Stefano Bagliano has acquired his diploma from the Pollini Conservatory in Padua and was awarded numerous prizes in international competitions. Stefano has performed until now over 600 solo concerts on the stages of famous international festivals in Europe, United States of America , Asia and Israel, such as Carnegie Hall in New York, the Moscow Conservatory, Gasteig in Munchen, Lubliana Festival, Amici della Musica in Florence, Engadiner Konzertwochen, Sounding Jerusalem Festival or Emilia Romagna Festival.
As conductor of the baroque orchestra “Collegium Pro Musica”, Stefano worked with renowned musicians such as Emma Kirkby, Roberta Invernizzi or Catherine King. As soloist he performed under the direction of conductors such as A.Curtis, R.Barshai, A.Nanut, G.Garbarino, L.Piovano, V.Bulakhov, with orchestras such as Mainzer Kammerorchester, Solisti della Scala din Milan, Moscow Chamber Orchestra, Academia Montis Regalis, L'Arte dell'Arco Padova, Ensemble Baroque de Nice and Orchestra Toscanini in Parma.
Bagliano is also the founder and director of the ensemble “Collegium Pro Musica” and has recorded, as solo performer, 16 records with the works of Teleman, Vivaldi, Fiorenza, Bach, Marcello, Barbella, Merula, Stradella, Graupner or Fasch. Stefano Bagnoli is also the artistic director of the International Chamber Music Festival “Le Vie del Barocco”, taking place in Genova, Turin and Savona.
